Les Rosees is a place where materials are at their utmost expression and where harmony is the one reality. The 3 rooms are unique, in their decoration and thus in their feel. Each visitor will find their preferred room… be it the top Serguey Suite with its glass roof, its fire, itsking size bed, or the Isadora suite with its glass-house lounge, its silk curtains or the St. Honorat suite with its 19th century romantic feel. The visitor may also enjoy the arched lounge, the massage service room, the pool or take a wonder round our ancient olive trees.

Construction Materials
There is something about this house… It is difficult for visitors to describe what makes them feel good about staying at Les Rosées. Could it be the thick stone walls that keep the house cool and peaceful..? The relaxing ancient paintwork made of natural pigments..? The insulation made of natural oak cork? The shapes & movements, which guide you through the house. The linen sheets that compose the beds and the silk curtains that dress the windows..? Or just simply the luxurious countryside around, the birds, the ancient olive trees.
Breakfast
Les Rosées offers a big breakfast which comprises a variety of high quality, local products. Some of which are organic. Here is an example of what you would find on your breakfast table when you wake up… A great choice of tea, toasted cereal bread with all types of interesting jams, pamplemousse or orange juices, yogurts, scrambled eggs mixed with salmon, Fine Parma hams with a touch of basil, Alpine cheeses, colourful fruits…
