Can Xicarro
The Masia itself comprises 3 floors with 9 distinctive bedroom suites, music room, salon, games room, dining room and a large, fully equipped kitchen. All floors are accessed by stairways and a lift is provided. A genuine Spanish bodega located in the grounds of the mansion fits up to 180 guests for corporate events, weddings and other celebrations.

Surroundings
The Masia is surrounded by a 2 hectares walled garden supporting a rich diversity of flora, including over 70 different tree species, designated horticultural areas, ponds, lawns and a wide range of domestic birds. Dominating the surrounding countryside, it provides spectacular views over Vilanova towards the Mediterranean Sea as well as the surrounding hills of the Massif del Garraf.

Situated just 30 minutes from Barcelona Airport, CAN XICARRO is set in an agricultural area of Villanova i la Geltrú, just south of the popular beach resort of Sitges.
