The parkland and setting of the estate is said to be one of the earlier examples of the work of André le Notre, famous for his designs of Versailles and Chantilly.

All the dishes include local ingredients and are typical to the region. Local haute cuisine with the finest wines from our private cellars can be enjoyed in the candle-lit formal dining room or on one of the several outside terraces. Accommodation
De Villette is a private home and guests are treated as such. The bedrooms and bathrooms are individually decorated by skilled craftsmen who combined history and modern comfort in a harmonious manner.

Food and wine
The menu in the château’s dining room and the outside terraces celebrate Burgundy’s famous and exceptional cuisine. The Stork family is proud to offer you our regionally orientated kitchen. The ingredients are carefully chosen. The meat and dairy products are often bought from our neighbouring farms, the vegetables are fresh from the local market and many of the fruits are from their garden. Should you wish to have dinner with Coen and Catherine, we require a 24 hours notice.

On request, they will also sell limited quantities from their private cellars.
